Here's another shot. It was hard to get a clear shot of this screen as nature has kinda stepped in at this point.  This was a Sony Mavicam digital photograph, as I found the Sony good for closeups and the Walmart cheapo model great for distant shots.

This is the part that just kills me.  I am no expert, but as you can see, the trees must have clawed the screen. But couldn't this have been restored?  How is it done? Do they sew or patch or just cover the whole thing over again?

Well, hope you enjoyed the screen photos and if ANYONE has other photos PLEASE email me as I do believe these are the only ones in existence, at least online.

Little sign meets big sign.

The other side.

This is the view as you enter the "driveway." I guess at one time it was gravel.  The toy house in the distance was where you drove up and got your ticket.

A closer look at what's left.

Another angle. That black thing on the right is I guess the switcher box or possibly the fuse box and it's still there as we will see shortly.

Can you tell where I switched to Vivitar digital?  Fast forward to the summer of 2006 and it's serious Logan's Run action.

Click on THIS for a closer look.  It says "lane 1" and "lane 2".  I'd give my left nut to grab this stuff and pass it onto a collector to restore it. Look closely at the bottom left and the original factory sticker remains and judging from the star shape, I'd guess 50's vintage?  Anybody?

For anyone that's serious, I might be able to find who owns this land. As stated earlier, the clock is ticking.  This will all be demolished for some flimsy mall or something, another row of buildings to sit vacant until the cows come home, or better yet, open the business, then watch the space be for rent in a mere matter of months.

This is the really sad part. Those must have been the lights where you could switch from lane 1 to lane 2, kinda like a bank drive through I guess?
